Best Thai Signature, founded in 2008, carries forward the tradition of serving authentic, home-cooked Thai cuisine that first began in Dallas with the opening of Best Thai in 1996. Yet, the roots of Best Thai Signature’s family-inspired recipes reach back much further—long before the doors opened in Dallas. Chef and co-owner Kunya Chaisuwan grew up in Thailand, where her love for cooking was nurtured by her father’s passion and natural talent for Thai cuisine. Though he was neither formally trained nor a restaurant owner, his influence sparked the culinary journey that lives on through every dish served today.
